Important Notes 

• The "Spend for Daily Protection" personal accident insurance (the “Policy”) is underwritten by MSIG Insurance (Hong Kong) Limited (“MSIG”), distributed and arranged by Club Care. Club Care is a service brand operated by HKT Financial Services (IA) Limited (“HKTIA”). HKTIA, being registered licensed insurance agency under the Insurance Authority of Hong Kong (“IA”) (Licensed Insurance Agency License No.: FA2474) also acts as an appointed licensed insurance agent for MSIG. HKTIA acts as the insurance intermediary to distribute and arrange for the Policy and provide related services. Club Care/HKTIA 's role is limited to arranging certain insurance policies of MSIG (including the Policy) and Club Care/HKTIA shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the provision of such insurance products (including the Policy). The Policy is a product and obligations of MSIG and not of Club Care/HKTIA. 
• Subjects to the Promotion Terms and Conditions. Eligible Customer who successfully completes the registration below during the Promotion Period (starting from 22 July 2024 and ending 31 July 2025 and meet other conditions stated in the Promotion Terms and Conditions will become an Insured Person under the “Spend for Daily Protection” Personal Accident Insurance Policy (“Policy”). 
• In order to be eligible for the benefits under the Policy, the Insured Person must have met the Spending Requirement using Tap & Go, ie the Insured Person must have made one or more Eligible Transaction on the day immediately before the day on which the Insured Person sustained the Bodily Injury based on which the benefits are claimed, subject to other terms, exceptions and conditions as set out in the Policy.​ 
• Please refer to the “Promotion Terms and Conditions” for more details of the promotion. Please refer to the “Policy Schedule (Coverage Summary)” and “Policy Provisions”, collectively Policy Documents ("Policy Documents") for more details on the amount and eligibility of the benefits, definitions of Bodily Injury, Eligible Transaction and other terms, exceptions and conditions. 
• This Promotion is arranged by HKTIA. ​ Tap & Go is operated by HKT Payment Limited (Stored Value Facilities License Number: SVF0002), and subject to its relevant terms and conditions. Tap & Go is a policyholder of the Policy (Policy Number: 91009664). Tap & Go is not an insurance company, agency, broker or intermediary. Tap & Go and all other entities of the HKT Group (other than HKTIA) are not arranging for any contract of insurance or carrying on any regulated activities (as defined under the Insurance Ordinance) in connection with the Policy or the Promotion. 
• Any information in respect of the Policy given herein is subject to the Policy Provisions of the Policy, Policy Schedule and the Promotion Terms and Conditions, and the related terms and conditions. In the event of any inconsistencies between the Policy Provisions and the information provided herein, the Policy Provisions shall prevail. Please refer to the Policy Provisions for the terms and conditions, details and exclusions of the Policy. • All information and insurance regulated activities (as defined in the Insurance Ordinance (Cap. 41)) are carried out solely by HKTIA in its capacity as licensed insurance agency. 
• All information about the Policy is provided by MSIG.​ All insurance applications are subject to MSIG’s underwriting and acceptance. 
• MSIG is solely responsible for all approvals, coverage, compensations and account maintenance in connection with its insurance products. 
• HKTIA will not render you any legal, accounting or tax advice. You are advised to check with your own professional advisor for advice relevant to your circumstances. 
• You are reminded to carefully review the relevant product materials and promotions terms and conditions provided to you and seek independent advice if necessary.
