This Protection Plan is provided and underwritten by Bolttech Insurance (Hong Kong) Company Limited (“bolttech Insurance”).

• Promotion Period: 16 June 2025 to 31 March 2026 (HKT, both dates inclusive)
• Eligibility of the complimentary “Annual TravelCare Insurance (Individual Plan A)” (“Protection Plan”) : This Protection Plan is applicable to DrGo One Wellness selected plan benefits members, who are holders of valid Hong Kong identity cards, aged between 18 to 80 (For Insured Persons aged between 71 and 80, the effective date of the Designated Service Plan must fall between 13 November 2025 and the end of the relevant Promotion Period.) and are currently residing in Hong Kong, satisfied all the conditions of Eligible Customers in Promotion Terms and Conditions.
• If the insured person's One Wellness expires or is terminated for any reason, the coverage period under the Protection Plan will immediately cease.
  
• “Annual TravelCare Insurance (Individual Plan A)” provides 12-month comprehensive travel protection for leisure and business trips. Medical Expenses, Worldwide Emergency Services, Hospital Cash Allowance, Personal Accident, Major Burns, Personal Money, Baggage, Personal Liability, Travel Delay, Cancellation and Curtailment of Trip benefits are all included. Subject to Terms and Conditions of Protection Plan.

Complimentary “Annual TravelCare Insurance (Individual Plan A)” Registration

You can register for yourself only. Each Eligible Customer can register for more than one Protection Plan(s) with different Registration Codes. Subject to the relevant Policy Documents, if the eligible Customer is covered by more than one travel insurance policy issued by bolttech insurance for the same accident, the maximum amount bolttech insurance will pay for that accident will be based on the policy which provides the highest amount of benefit for that accident, subject to that policy’s maximum limits and sub-limits for each section as applicable.
