To protect you from scam SMS, Club Care / HKT Care has joined the SMS Sender Registration Scheme by the Office of the Communications Authority (OFCA). We will only send SMS message to Hong Kong mobile users by using registered sender ID "#ClubCare", "#HKTCare" or "#HKT_IA" to help you identify the true source.

To sustain service excellence, system maintenance of MSIG's website will be conducted from 06:00 a.m. to 08:30 a.m. on 2 May (Friday). Online purchase for iTravel Plus (Single Trip) and Online redemption services for EasyShare Travel Plus Insurance Package provided on this site will therefore be temporarily suspended at that period. HKTIA's role is limited to arranging certain insurance products of MSIG and HKTIA shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the provision of the insurance products.
Insurance products are products and obligations of MSIG and not of HKTIA.
MSIG is solely responsible for all approvals, coverage, compensations and account maintenance in connection with its insurance products.
In case of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.

Only applicable for selected customers and/ or members of Club Care and its affiliated companies, who are holders of valid Hong Kong identity cards, aged between 18 and 65 years (attained age) on the date of this registration, are currently residing in Hong Kong, and have received a designated registration code from Club Care.
