Only applicable for selected customers and/ or members of Club Care and its affiliated companies, who are holders of valid Hong Kong identity cards, aged between 18 and 65 years (attained age) on the date of this registration, are currently residing in Hong Kong, and have received a designated registration code from Club Care.
