Complimentary “Annual TravelCare Insurance”

This registration form is applicable for the registration for Club Care Annual TravelCare Insurance (Individual Plan A)” (“Protection Plan”) under various designated promotions of Club Care and/or its affiliates. Before registration, customers should refer to (a) the corresponding Promotion Terms and Conditions (as set out at the bottom of this page) for the details of the relevant promotion that the customer intends to participate in, and (b) the full Terms and Conditions and Policy Documents of the Protection Plan.

  • Promotion Period: Please refer to the relevant Promotional Terms and Conditions at the bottom of this page for details on the promotion period for the relevant promotion.
  • Eligibility of the Protection Plan - Complimentary 12-month “Annual TravelCare Insurance (Individual Plan A)”:
    • This Protection Plan is only applicable to selected customers of HKTIA and its affiliated companies (“Eligible Customer”), who
      1. are holders of valid Hong Kong identity cards, aged between 18 to 70 and are currently residing in Hong Kong, or
      2. subscribes to and activates Designated Service Plan* as designated by HKTIA or its affiliated companies during the period from 13 November 2025 until the end of relevant promotional period, are holders of valid Hong Kong identity cards, aged between 71-80, and are currently residing in Hong Kong; and
      3. who have satisfied all the conditions of eligible customers under the relevant Promotion Terms and Conditions; and
      4. have received a Club Care designated registration code for the Protection Plan (the “Registration Code”).

To enjoy the coverage under this Protection Plan, the Eligible Customer must have completed this registration for the Protection Plan (“Registration”) within registration period (as set out in relevant Promotion Terms and Conditions) and the Eligible Customer must have received an SMS and/or email (“Confirmation Notice”) from Club Care confirming that the registration has been accepted (“Insured Person”).

  • For details of the relevant Promotion and the Protection Plan, please refer to the relevant Promotion Terms and Conditions. If the Insured Person’s Designated Service Plan is subscribed and activated on or before 12 November 2025, please refer to the Product Brochure and Policy Provisions. If the Insured Person’s Designated Service Plan is subscribed and activated on or after 13 November 2025, please refer to Product Brochure (2025-2026) and Policy Provisions (2025-2026).


Complimentary 12-month “Annual TravelCare Insurance (Individual Plan A)” Registration

You can register for yourself only. Each Eligible Customer can register for more than one Protection Plan(s) with different Registration Codes. Subject to the relevant Policy Documents, if the eligible Customer is covered by more than one travel insurance policy issued by bolttech insurance for the same accident, the maximum amount bolttech insurance will pay for that accident will be based on the policy which provides the highest amount of benefit for that accident, subject to that policy’s maximum limits and sub-limits for each section as applicable.
