The protection plan is underwritten and provided by Bolttech Insurance (Hong Kong) Company Limited (“bolttech Insurance”) .

• Promotion Period: 22 September 2026 to 31 December 2026 (HKT, both dates inclusive)
• Eligibility of the complimentary 12-month “Annual TravelCare Insurance (Individual Plan B)” (“Protection Plan”) : This Protection Plan is only applicable to selected users of MOOV and Viu, who must satisfy all eligibility criteria set out in the policy documents and the relevant T&Cs (“Eligibility Criteria”) including but not limited to being the holders of valid Hong Kong identity cards, aged between 18 to 80 and are currently residing in Hong Kong, satisfied all the conditions of Eligible Customers in Promotion Terms and Conditions and have received a Club Care designated registration code for the Protection Plan (the “Registration Code”) . Selected users must fulfil the applicable payment method(s) and payment arrangement of Designated Service Plan set out in the relevant promotion T&Cs of Moov/Viu. To enjoy the coverage under this Protection Plan, the eligible person must have satisfied the Eligibility Criteria successfully completed this registration for the Protection Plan and received a confirmation SMS and/or email from Club Care that the registration has been accepted (“Insured Person”)

Complimentary 12-month “Annual TravelCare Insurance (Individual Plan B)” Registration

You can register for yourself only. Each Eligible Customer can register for more than one Protection Plan(s) with different Registration Codes. Subject to the relevant Policy Documents, if the eligible Customer is covered by more than one travel insurance policy issued by bolttech Insurance for the same accident, the maximum amount bolttech Insurance will pay for that accident will be based on the policy which provides the highest amount of benefit for that accident, subject to that policy’s maximum limits and sub-limits for each section as applicable.
