Clubpoints Terms & Conditions
- In order to qualify for the Offer (as defined below), you must be a member of The Club, a loyalty program operated by Club HKT Limited (“The Club”).
- The Offer remains valid from January 16, 2020 to February 29, 2020 (both days inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
- Members of The Club (“Club Member”) who purchase designated TravelCare Insurance plan via HKT Care Amigo provided by HKT Financial Service (IA) Limited (“Merchant”) during the Promotion Period (“Eligible Purchase”) will receive 50 Clubpoints (“Offer”). Club Member must provide valid membership ID to enjoy the Offer.
- Clubpoints under the Offer will be credited to a Club Member’s membership account at The Club within 60 working days after confirmation of the Eligible Purchase. If an incorrect or invalid membership ID number of The Club is entered, the relevant Clubpoints will be forfeited without prior notice.
- Club Member’s membership account at The Club must be valid at the time Clubpoints are credited, or the relevant Clubpoints will be forfeited without prior notice.
- Each Club Member is entitled to the Offer once only.
- Unless otherwise specified, the Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, discount or cash coupon, and is non-transferable or non-exchangeable for cash or other products.
- Amigo TravelCare Plan policyholder (“Policyholder”) must provide a mobile phone number for the purpose of contact and confirmation of identity. The mobile number collected will be used only for the purposes of contact and confirmation of identity and award of Clubpoints under the Offer. The Policyholder provides a mobile number on a voluntary basis. If the information required cannot be properly provided, or the information provided is untrue, incomplete, unclear or missing such that the Merchant is unable to contact the participant and process the application, the Merchant will not be responsible for any cost, loss, claim, or damage arising out of or in connection with, your collection of Clubpoints under the Offer.
- The Club is not the supplier of goods, products and/or services provided by the Merchant, makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality of the same, and accepts no liability for any matters arising from, or in relation to, the same. The Merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liability relating to its provision of goods, products and/or services.
- The Offer is subject to the respective terms and conditions of The Club and the Merchant. The Merchant and The Club reserve the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Offer and amend these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion at any time without notice. In the event of disputes in relation to the Offer, all decisions made by the Merchant and/or The Club shall be final and binding.
- In the event of any inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of these Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
